These terms apply to this website and to VinBook demos. Dealerships that start using VinBook will receive the terms of service that apply to their account before they do.

The website

This website describes VinBook and lets you request a demo or contact us. We try to keep it accurate, but it is provided for information only and may change.

Demos

Requesting a demo doesn't commit you to anything, and doesn't guarantee that an account will be offered. VinBook is still developing, so what you see in a demo may change.

Not legal advice, and not an approved record book

VinBook is software for keeping vehicle records. It isn't legal advice, and VinBook is not a government agency. VinBook has not been approved by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles or certified by the Massachusetts State Police. Each dealership remains responsible for keeping the records the law requires, and for meeting any approval requirements that apply to electronic record books.

Acceptable use

Don't use this website or VinBook to send false information, to try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or to disrupt the service.
